Fun Hats With Hair, Inc. The following are the terms and conditions of use of this site,
Privacy and other policies,
liability and legal responsibility regarding orders

Our Lawyers Insist That we include a series of statements outlining our liability in all transactions with the public. We insisted that it be a clear statement in English and not in legal jargon. What we have here is something in between.

The entire contract between Fun Hats With Hair, Inc., it's officers, stockholders, employees and subcontractors (Company) and the purchaser of items (Consumer) is contained on the order form. In the absense of an order form, Company and Consumer have no contract and there is no liability for any action or inaction performed as a result of information provided on this site.
In English: we're not responsible for anything under any circumstance whatsoever if you haven't placed an order.

Everything on this site, including, but not limited to products, prices, shipping charges and styles are subject to change without prior notice. When you place your order, you will be informed of all changes and be given the option to accept those changes and submit your order, or modify or cancel the order with no commitment.
In English: in the real world our webmaster may fall behind the purchasing department, the warehouse or our fulfillment department. Before you pay, we'll let you know if there have been any changes in price, availability or the nature of the article you're ordering. Then, if you wish to proceed, we will fulfill your order and you have made a committment to pay for it.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this site.

All products, styles and shipping options are subject to availability and such availability may change without prior notice.
In English: we may (near Christmas, for example) run out of some items or be unable to ship for delivery on some days (on Christmas, for example).

Limits of Liability: Liability of Company is limited to the purchase price paid by the Consumer. No liability for consequential damages is either inferred or implied. No liability is assumed for any action or inaction made by Consumer or the Company as a result of placing an order, including but not limited to, the delayed delivery of an item, the state of the item upon delivery, the correctness of the item or any alteration to the item performed by Company on behalf of Consumer.
In English: even if we really mess up, you can demand a refund of the exact amount of money you have paid us and no more.

Product Liability & Personal Injury: Company is not liable for any direct or consequential damages or personal injuries from the use of our products. With the purchase of our products, Consumer acknowledges and accepts full and complete risk in their use.
In English: Some of our products include small beads that may be a choking hazard to small children. Many of our products are delivered in plastic bags that may pose a suffication risk for small children. They all have cardboard tags that can give you a papercut. Keep these and all items not intended for small children away from them, and to use these product solely for the intended purpose.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping rates are quoted for purchases being sent within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Additional charges will apply to items being sent to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam or any other protectorate or possession of the USA or any country other than the USA.
  • All uses of the word "Shipping" should be construed as "Shipping and Handling."
  • We WILL ship anywhere in the world if you provide a FedEx, UPS or DHL account number. We assess a small additional fee for handling and/or completion of the mind-numbing customs forms.


  • Return and Exchange Policy:
    Items may be returned or exchanged...
  • Within 15 days of delivery date
  • They must be in original and resalable condition
  • If in a sealed bag, the bag must still be sealed
  • They must be accompanied by the original sales receipt
  • No refunds; only web site credit is given
  • Restocking fees may apply (see below)


  • Returns: Shipping and Handling charges:
    Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us and the additional reshipping and handling fees incurred.

    Returns: Restocking Fees:
    Because of the unique nature of our products, any items that are returnable or exchangeable based on the above criteria, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. At our sole discretion, the restocking fee may be waived for an item exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

    Returns/Exchanges: If you wish to ship an item to us for return or exchange:
    You must contact us before shipping the item. You will find our mail, phone, fax and email information at the bottom of this page. We do not want you to go to the time and expense of sending an item to us that is not returnable or exchangeable based on any of the conditions or criteria stated above. Additionally, if an item is sent to us that does not qualify for return, you will be responsible for further shipping and handling fees if you want it back.

    Payment Policies
    Credit Card Payments   The fastest way to receive your order.
    Submit your credit card information in the secure environment of PayPal. PayPal is and eBay company and processes millions of credit card payments for eBay and many other web sites each day. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
    You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use this service.

    Credit Card Charge-Backs: Consumer protection laws permit you to contact your credit card company and dispute any charges made on your card. These include legitimate charges for merchandise purchased through a web site or at a store. Resolving charge-backs is a time consuming and expensive process which we wish to avoid. We will gladly work with you to resolve any dispute, but you must contact us first. We would much rather resolve the matter amicably than lose you as a customer. We provide ample means for you to contact us including email, phone, fax and postal mail address at the bottom of this page. We promise you a response, and hopefully a resolution, within five (5) business days of your contacting us.

    Should you decide to dispute a charge, you will be asked by your credit card company whether you have contacted the merchant (that's us) to resolve the dispute. If you have not, and say you have, then that's a lie; in legal context it's perjury and could result in the loss of your credit card account. Review the Terms and Conditions of your credit card account for your obligations regarding charge-backs.

    Payment by Check or money order
    If you wish to pay by personal check you may submit your checking account information and pay via PayPal.  It takes several days for PayPal to process a draft to your checking account. We must wait until the payment is received before we begin to paint your gift item and process your order.

    Privacy Policy
    All information provided to us is kept strictly confidential within the confines of Fun Hats With Hair, Inc. No information, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, physical address, phone, or the nature of the orders you have placed are sold or shared with any other entity. Because we accept credit card payment solely through PayPal, we never receive any of your confidential banking information, therefore, none of that data is stored in our web or corporate databases.

    We may, from time to time, send you information regarding items for sale that we feel may be of interest to you. These are sent from our offices; your mailing or email address has not been given to any other company. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please follow the simple and direct instructions at the bottom of the email and you will receive no subsequent communications of this nature.

    When payment is made through the secure services of PayPal, our preferred method of receiving payments, your credit card information is not sent to us.
